CETACEAN CIRCUS--Carolina Snowball

CAROLINA SNOWBALL was the only true albino dolphin ever exhibited in captivity.

She and her male calf, 'Sonny Boy' resided in their own $100,000 pool that was built exclusively for them by the Miami Seaquarium.

The eight-foot long 400-pound beauty became the Queen of dolphin royalty after eluding her captors for 58 days in the turbulent waters of South Carolina's St. Helena Sound in 1962.
Greg May, King of Aquaria has graciously offered to share his knowledge with us by creating CETACEAN CIRCUS which will each week feature a famous "aquatic" celebrity.  Enjoy the first installment, the one and only Carolina Snowball, and thank you King.

On the second link above Mold-A-Rama is a beautiful color picture of Carolina Snowball showing her jet black teeth.  Are black teeth the norm for albino dolphins or was that exclusive to Carolina?

I've just learned that Betty White has a new show on NBC. I'm sure guest stars will include Alec (Horse Smacker) Baldwin, Bob (Bullhook Bob) Barker, Pam (Animal Tested Silicone)Anderson, Kim (Whatever Became Of Her) Basinger and a host of others:

KING OF AQUARIA says: "Wade, your contribution to CETACEAN CIRCUS is priceless! Believe it or not, the Mold-A-Rama machine of 'Carolina Snowball' was still there at the Miami Seaquarium some ten years ago when I tool my little cousins from nearby Delray Beach."
