The photo above is from an annual "love parade" staged at the Berlin Zoo(note the loser in the blue shirt, running to catch the golden girl, should she trip with her stilettos on.) It must be a great event, and apparently very infectious to animals as well as humans, as indicated by the photo below.

Looks to me like she's holding hands with the loser in the red shirt right behind her, so blue shirt is coming to intercept.
In the second photo, take a look at the two "humans" in the background. Looks like Dad is having a hard time explaining the scene to the kid!

Her hands are on her hips. Red shirts just goosing her. Probably what made her stumble in the first place. As for the elephants, it's as simple as saying, "oh look children, the elephants are doing tricks like in the circus. That trick is called a long mount."
