I visited Antwerp in 1989 when they had an indoor dolphin exhibit. The dolphins seemed to do well, even some reproduction, but it was small. Even back then there was talk of getting out of the dolphin business. Maybe they remodelled the facility and changed over to sea lions. They did the same thing at the New England Aquarium.
