FYI

White Tiger(note the pretty blue eyes)

Nice side shot of Tonga. Great physique with nice shape and structure.
Golden Tabby tiger. Originally called Peach by the Cincinnati Zoo

Snow white tabby. Different from the Golden tabby and White Tiger above. You can call the lion anything you want, just don't call him snow white tabby, golden tabby, or white. Those dilutes have already been spoken for. Peach is still available, but champagne fit's the accepted criteria better, plus you shouldn't put piss yellow in zoological/circus advertising material.
FYI Stefan. In regards to what Mel told you about the tigers coming from Florida. They came from the same place the Golden tabby and snow white tabbies in this post came from. Only Mary Ann is knowledgeable enough to tell us where the White Tigers at the top came from.

Wade, I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I think that the top picture is of Popsie and Akeer at the Cincinnati Zoo.

Mary Ann,
Popsie!!!! Check your paperwork again. No way would a same person name a magnificent creature like a tiger Popsie. I don't care if they donated 5 million dollars, to the building fund or not. It's not right and there's got to be a mistake.

Wade, if it's her, and I think it is, since there's no mistaking that sweet face, there is no mistake. Eric Kunzel is the director of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, and littermate sisters Erica and Popsie (get it?) were named in his honor.

Mary Ann,
No, I don't get it, not even remotely. Erica is what I may have named my son Eric, if he had been born a girl, but I wouldn't even have thought about it for a tiger.

Wade, I agree. Something more regal or goddess-like would be far more appropriate. Will you confirm or deny that they are the Cincinnati Zoo white tigers?

Mary Ann,
No I won't confirm, because they are the Cincinnati White Lions.

Wade, you are a riot! By the way, Akeer means "last" in Hindi, and I always felt that it was somehow prophetic. Sadly he is the last of his line, since he will have no descendants. He can't have any recreational sex with Popsie either.

Mary Ann,
Good God!!! He better not, even if he could. The one looking at you has a pin head and the one laying down has a pigeon chest, flaws you breed out of, not into. Remember the scene from Deliverance, with the boy sitting on the bridge playing dueling banjo with the guitar? He may have been a fine musician, but he didn't realize he had his shoe's on the wrong feet.

Wade,
thank you for the info about S&R`s new tiger cubs. It was always my guess that the tigers came from Marcan, but never found anything confirming.

Stefan,
The answer I normally receive when I ask " are you sure those lions are "white?" is "what difference does it matter?" I will ask you, in regards to the origin of the cat's in question, "what difference does it matter?"
