Photos are interpreted different, if looked at through different eyes.

I received these yesterday with the note, that it "shows the loving side of a predator. " With all due respect, what these great pictures show is an immature predator recently on his/her own without the comfort of it's mother, and the companionship of it's litter mate. The weaning or leaving of those emotional bonds can be trying for a youngster, for a few days. It's why it is advisable to wean babies of any species, as a group or at least pairs, as "misery loves company." Apparently he/she stuck around for a few day's and left. That's the mature emotion, referred to as the "Call of the Wild" , or survival if you will, that motivates them differently.
