Apparently the "training fork" has been around for centuries, and as proven by this photo, in the top left, it was originated by Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius.

What are you going to do? It was an art form in it's infancy. Add to that the dust from racing chariots, and I give them credit for what they did produce. And it has validated the origins of the "training fork". Now if we could only learn for sure how it is actually used.
