Apparently the "training fork" has been around for centuries, and as proven by this photo, in the top left, it was originated by Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius.

Love seeing 2000 year old pictures. Even though the quality wasn't that good back then. ;-)
Marco,
What are you going to do? It was an art form in it's infancy. Add to that the dust from racing chariots, and I give them credit for what they did produce. And it has validated the origins of the "training fork". Now if we could only learn for sure how it is actually used.

Hey, what kind of a fast one are you guys trying to pull here. Copyright 2009?? Anyone can look at these and tell there are genuine authentico real deal...
Casey,
That sucks. We're trying to turn the tip here, and you slough it with some authentic BS!!!!!! Don't think I didn't learn anything about "circus marketing" in 30 years!!!!

It was obviously taken with an IRLIMUS POLAROIDIMUS, "SOLE DCLX" CAMIRAMUS!
Wade,
hopefully we can find ancient video material. I heard that ODAK MAXIMUS VIII mm films were popular these days.
