Avard Fairbanks Puma Sculpture

The Puma's, created by Avard Fairbanks in 1947 for Hogle Zoo's entrance, were refurbished in 2001 and then incorporated into the zoo's new entryway.

Wade: I'm not sure whether I sent you this link before regarding Ralph S. Scott hunting tigers in Nepal. By the way yesterday, Halloween Eve, was the 55th anniversary of the birth of the first litter of white tiger cubs to be born in captivity. Mary Ann celebrates it as "Mohini's birthday".
