Who built this circus, which used to be housed at the old Ringling Museum?

It was built by the late George H. Barlow III of Binghamton, NY. It was there when I visited in 1953-54-55 (all three of those years as recall). Barlow was wealthy and a well-connected fan. He traveled to Sarasota in the early years of RBBB’s tenure there. He knew a lot of the old staffers on the Big One and had access to a lot of insider information. I had several very informative conversations with him in the 1970s.
