Democratic(I guess they have always been nitwit's, Jimmy Cole) Secretary of Agriculture from Minnesota Orville L.Freeman reached through the bars of a Brookfield Zoo cage to pet a tiger for the newspaper photographers. Ronald Blakely, a zoo director who raised it from cubhood, assured Freeman the tiger was as docile as a lamb.
