I can't read the text.Could this be Hugo, he was born in 1963?.

Glenn,
It say's this male was one of three(males, females?) born at the zoo in past months. You interpret "months." It goes on to say that his mother was Pet. That narrow's it down, so if Hugo's mother was Pet, he's your boy. Good observation, Hugo didn't come to my mind.

This is Dino. His half-sister Hanako was born 9 days later.
Hugo didn't make it to Oregon until the early-1980s from Ringling.
