A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

You have to be old enough to wear it with confidence in your sexuality. Army Special Forces wear them. The late Donn Gibson was a lttle older than me. In the 1960s it was kind of a political statement for some Black organizations. I don't think Donn was real political, I think he may have been inspired by Jules and liked the "look". Jules also wore light denium jackets so I got one too. Jules was also bald but I didn't dye or shave my hair.
Jim,
It's not enough your guy Jules trained an act with something like 128 lions and tiger, now you are suggesting he was an Army Ranger also? Probably commanded a black op's unit, when he wasn't landing helicopter's in hot LZ's, right? I got your "sexuality" right here, Pal!!! :)

Addendum to Jim,
I chose to idolize someone with blond hair, so dying mine was an easy matter, as well as the only option. We both had denim jacket's so the hair was the only way I could go.
