By double clicking the photo above of Radza, it should enlarge enough to give you an idea of where and why, given the structure of his his right tusk, it broke in the fall. In attempting to analyze the meanings of the vast array of elephant sounds, I think it is fair to classify the sound poor Radza makes just as he aright's himself in the moat as meaning "WTF." The sound prior to tipping into the moat probably mean's "oh, shit."

Today(Sunday) Emmen Zoos impresive Bull Asian elephant Radza whas pushed in a moat during a feeding presentation below is a link to a dutch news site wich has clip of the whole event. As far as I know Radza is still standing in the moat and they are trying to get to lure him to door wich leads directly to the stables.

That's weird - the first video doesn't show the scuff on his trunk that the second video shows. Looks like he was ramming the moat after the fall.
