I believe this is Seibrand Bros. Circus-carnival and could be Bill Deitricks dog and pony show. Ivan Henry may know.
Wade, I correct myself. The name is mispelled and I didn't look any further.
Siebrand Brothers Shows is listed in Joe McKennon's book as being out from 1926 to 1967.
