Taylor 1994
My son's set up a facebook account for me a number of years ago. I don't go on facebook much as I find it more suited to teenagers who want something better then myspace and generally a waste of time. I do go on if someone sends a friend request or to ask a question as I can then give them my email address and or phone number. Turb sent me a friend request which I honored, and yesterday he left this comment to the 2nd picture above that my youngest son Taylor had posted. That's Taylor on the pony at John Herriotts place in the top photo and also in the photo in a lower link riding the Belgium horse in spec on Ringling.
Turbs comment:
- Riz Ilyas So you do have a horse!
Cant wait to see what you have done with him!
Well, as fate would have it, I received the picture below about an hour ago, along with a short video. Connection sucks right now, but I will post the video for Turb at a later date. Not the best quality granted, but I didn't even know it existed. Never had time for pictures or videos. I was always too busy "getting er done." Video and picture was received with the following note:
Wade,
I found this in the file and didn't know if you had a copy. I think it was from the 2008 or 2009 Event.

To answer Turbs facebook question: You assume way to much, Turb. I have never owned a horse with the exception of my pinto Shetland pony named Dynamite that I had when I was 7. I have trained a number of truly remarkable individuals, but I have never found one that I wanted to spend my life with. The horse in the picture Taylor posted I didn't do much with, except let him grow up and develop into the 4 year old Grand Champion at the Egyptian Pyramid Event.
My son Taylor is currently majoring in Broadcasting at Troy University. There most likely won't be a mobile home in his future. How about you Turb? What have you done?

I ran these Arabian Halter trainers out of our Breed.
If you think that is horsemanship...you have a lot to learn about horses!
What have I done?
I just sit in my back yard and play with my Ponies.
Turb,
I can see you running a mother hen off her nest, or a bear sow giving up her cubs, just to have you go away. My God, what someone must have done to you.
Wade
