Does anyone know who's elephant's these are in this photo dated Jan 27,1946? I was under the impression that only the Ringling herds were chained together in pair's and wasn't aware of anyone else chaining them in trio's. Note all the herd hook's in use. Is this the Indiana State Fair Grounds?
