It was suggested to me that this was Hub Hubbell. I don't think it is because Hub would have been 55 or 56 in 1961 and this guy looks a bit older. :) God bless, Hub. A true one of a kind.

Hub will be the guest speaker at the Circus Fans of America Tent 122, Showfolks of Sarasota at the December 2011 meeting. More details to follow. A highly anticipated book is currently in the works, it's all about Hub! Sure to be on the best sellers list and a must for every collector.
HUB became 93 on August 3.
