It is hard to fathom that a faculty that was touted as "the wave of the future/cutting edge/state of the art etc. etc." could get it's self into it's current jackpot. What an exciting en-devour when first constructed and opened to the public. Even had a massive mono rail(Canadian Domain) in addition to the climate controlled zoo geographic pavilions. Like many big city zoo's I just think there were too many hand's in the pot, with too many "opinions" for it to succeed at it's initial level and expectations.
