The Jewel Box is in Forest Park but it's not in the Zoo. It's one of the Crystal Palace type of floral displays. The big horticulture facility is near Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden or "Shaw's Garden".

Thank you for the clarification. I had always understood that "jewel box" was the code word for your pay envelope.
