Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier in DC. One of the most impressive things anyone can witness. My wife & I went to Gettysburg PA last week on our way back to SC from the CMB Gathering in Hershey. It was my first vist there, but won`t be my last, It was a very emotional experience. Thanks to all the men & women that have given everything for our freedom, and those that are still serving ! Have a Great Memorial Day Everyone !

Hal,
I first witnessed the Changing of the Guard in 1984, when Ringling played Washington, D.C. There is nothing in the world to compare with it. At time's I found my self holding my breath, with tears welling up in my eye's. It is the most emotional experience I have ever had watching a ceremony. The full impact of the awfulness, waste and devastation of war, and what is sacrificed for our freedom, flies right in your face with the full impact of a fist.
