Although I can't identify the presenter, I am assuming it is Eloise Berchtold as she is the one presenting the Hawthorn Wild Animal Fantasy in the photo's below. Is that Red Hartman on the left in the blue jacket? I have a number of photos from this show with other act's, that I am going to send to the "history channel" this morning. Maybe Eloise but when I saw the Animal Fantasy on Polack it was presented by Patricia Jameson. I don't remember much about the act outside of the presentation, more flash than substance -- but the flash was great.
