Animals attack humans for a multitude of reasons, mainly because they can. For folks who think you can intimidate a feline into submission, this is what happens when you piss them off. If this seems frightning, imagine being in a 40 round mesh cage with this coming at you. I would like to shut an animal rights activists who "just knows" that the animals are brutalized in the cage, give them a stick and a whip and tell them to have a go at beating them. Just show me how they can be beaten, please. A wild animal trainer spends 100% of his time negotiating a peaceful settlement.

No I didn't. You are an activist so you think you know the degrees of intimidation. But you don't have a clue, because you won't even accept the fact that your dog is intimidated of you to a degree. Even a child can be disciplined to a degree respect/love a the parent. A child can also be made to kill the parent. Sometimes over discipline, sometimes other factors. You all just "know" an animal attacks because it has been beaten into that position.

Activist, lol. I think in order to be an activist you have to make it your business to convince others of your opinions. This is the only place I ever throw my 2 cents - other than that the subject never comes up even with close friends.
By the by, though you recognised this as a post of mine, there have been several others that you credited me with that I didn't write. Jeez, I can't take credit/blame for every annoymous opnion out there - :)
Gotta be a 10 on the pucker scale! These guys are lucky they didn't shoot one another with all the crossfire going on.
