Thank you Rob and Marco for the additional information. When I think of Tennessee's cockeyed ruling of a net over a 13 foot net cage, and nothing in the act over 3 foot tall least they use it to "leap" to their freedom, this thing seem's even more ridiculous. It is a terrible shame when the word "circus" is used to stereotype any thing in a tent with animals. The industry really missed the boat by not giving each show a rating, so that folks would realize their is a circus and then there is also A CIRCUS. And don't think because this crap is in Pakistan that it is not used as an example of what is wrong all over the world, by every animal right's nut job.
