I was lucky enough to have someone at the farm yesterday with a camera so I finally got a few pictures that have been requested. This is a beautiful grey 4 year old filly(Madame Col. know's of my love of a grey arabian filly) that I started riding last week. Her name is Lady Truffles, and we are hoping she will become a western horse. He has a hunt way of going, but I think given the time, and patience she can be "geared back" into a great western pleasure horse. In the photos we are working on leg yields and neck flexions resulting in a lowering of the head, rounding of the back, and eventually collection. In the bottom photo this talented girl is caught at the exact moment that her left rear leg is crossing in, and her right shoulder lifts, as she starts off on a left lope.
