Tanglefoot and Tenderfoot

This photo was taken last Sat. at the annual Showfolks Easter Chicken Cutlet & Macaroni and Cheeze Banquet Extravaganza. I have a wonderful time each moment I get to spend with the legendary Col. John Milton Herriott. We trained some of the world's greatest horse act's that night, but alas it ended much to soon. I assure you, with a couple more cocktails and a few more hour's of jackpoting, we could have taught one to pilot the space shuttle Columbia. Great to see you Johnny, and I will look forward to the next time.

Wade,

I, for one, wish that the Colonel would write a book. Who better to tell it like it was and is?

Jack,
I am afraid it would be very biased, and not too factual. A real shame is that guys like Johnny and some other skilled folks, could not get a position in the field they love like retired athletes, racecar drivers, rodeo performers, and even professional wrestlers are able to do. Either as commentator's/analyst's or position coaches working with new quarterbacks or pitchers or consultants/motivators.

Madame Col.,
The winter was wretched. Rain and cold for two weeks then a day of sunshine, then two weeks of rain and cold. The past 2 weeks have been reasonable, and when you spent most of your day in the middle of a 12 foot tall bull pen, cooking under the occasional sunshine, you do tend to "brown up."
