In looking at this video, I believe the black horses on the lines are an old liberty act that was in Russia a few years ago, comprising eight horses who did the whole act two abreast. It was the inspiration for an act that Ian Garden Sr. put together with six black horses. Does anyone know if the person in the middle is Tamerlane

That was very creative!
Chris
He looks like the old great genius Tamerlan (the same is said in cyrillic on the title).
The man doing the post on second video looks to me as his son Tami.
Act looks greats.
No idea if is the old liberty you mean; probably none of the three/four Soviet liberties is remaining, everything being sold abroad in the late 90s.
Thanks for posting: for many year I lose track of Tamerlan. I had the honour to share as perf.director in shows with his troupe three times in my life, and it was unique and exciting.
A great man, and one of the most talented and charismatic I ever met in showbiz.
Raffaele,
I have never met him, but I have heard about him for years, and always with the greatest respect and admiration. A female Russian performer, formerly from the Moscow Circus told me, which put him in perspective for me, "to us, Tamerlan is like Gunther Gebel Williams to you."
