I hope to be on track the middle of next week, and able to devote more time to this blog. I am involved in a bit of a new project, involving in addition the 40 beautiful Arabians, the three horses pictured, Gauipo purchased yesterday, and the two girls below, Faith and Hope. Long day's starting at 6:00 and ending at 10:00. but am nearing the end of the tunnel.
I would like to thank everyone for their patience and loyalty to the blog, and for sticking around during this busy time.

No need to apologise - you are obviously having fun!!
Enjoy! We'll still be here.
Steve,
Much more then fun. Training animals all day long is the air in my lungs. The greatest thing is once they are trained, they go to a new home, and you don't have to do the same thing over and over. You get to start with brand new ones.

Bonding between horses is a rare gift that many people never get to experience and I for one have loved every step of the way even the rough ones. I feel fortunate that I have been given this gift and I am among those of us that can achieve and feel that rare experience whatever the animal involved. It is a wonderful life.

Wade - interesting take on training! Train 'em and get rid of 'em!!! But where do you draw the line and say ......"that one's trained, time to get a new one"?
I guess horses must be different to "real" animals! lol
For me, one of the great delights in training animals that eat horses was to continue on with them. To strive to achieve more and more with the individual, to build on the foundation that you had created. To establish and then develop that bond that Dianne refers to.
