Martin Lacey Jr 'll be at the Monte Carlo Festival 2010. With his new lion act with Princess, Diamond, Niamba, Chiara and some old lionesses. He'll also present Tsavo.

Thank you. Monte Carlo is the municipality that is governed by Prince Albert, who sponsors the festival, who is partners with the Born Free Foundation, who are now in England giving Martin's father a hard time. I wonder why Martin need's to go there to perform with his lions. Does he agree with the Prince, do you think, that animals are better off free, so we can watch them on documentaries on TV.

The Prince of Monte Carlo is Albert but it's Stephanie who organises and sponsert the Monte Carlo Circus Festival together with Urs Pilz. I don't think Martin Lacey Jr. agrees with that, he is just invited by Stephanie and Urs to perform at the Festival with his new act.

It is Albert II and Monaco who sponsor the festival, the same folks who think animals don't belong in cages, and should be free, so we can see them in documentaries. Stephanie is third in line, and has as much chance of ever holding any power or making a decision, as a snowball in hell. She does what she is told, and is given things to do, so as to be useful.
The Prince or Princess(that's Caroline, if Albert goes tit's up) exercises his or her authority in accordance with the Constitution and laws. He or she represents the Principality in all foreign relations and any revision, either total or partial, of the Constitution, must be jointly agreed to by the Prince and the National Counsel.
Legislative power is divided between the Prince who initiates the laws, and the National Council which votes on them. Executive power is retained by the Prince(If he want's to declare Ronald McDonald the "Greatest Clown of All Time", try to stop him.) The Minister of State and the Government Council are directly responsible to the Prince for the administration of the Principality.
Judiciary powers also belong to the Prince. The present Constitution states that the Prince has full authority in the courts and tribunals which render justice in his or her name.
Princess of Monaco is a title also given to certain members of the Princely Family of Monaco. It is not to be confused with the ruling Prince's title "Reigning Prince of Monaco", or the commonly use Prince of Monaco.
This means, Thomas that he can do pretty much anything he want's to do, like free animals from cages and also make them perform, and Stephanie does pretty much what ever it is Albert II want's/tell's her to do. Urz Pils, who is a wonderful man, don't take me wrong, is in a sense a Monarch, or the Prince of Monte Carlo Festival who governs the event/activites. There is a massive "conflict of interest" the moment he steps onto Monaco shores, but "conflict of interest" is only important to an elected democracy, as it is for any valid competition in the world, excepting the Monte Carlo Good Buddy Games.

Okay, you'll be right.
But I think they just organise the Festival because of respect for their Father who started it and had a great love for the circus. And they choose Martin Lacey because he has one of the best acts around in Europe.

Sponsoring(giving them money/or a place) and organizing(putting it together) are the same thing. In this case very one sided because the sponsor is also the organizer. Their father loved animals enough to build a retched zoo, and have them as pets in the palace. Now his son say's that is bad, and gives the animals to an animal rights group so they can be free???? That same animal rights group he is friends with is trying to stop performing animals in the circus. Maybe Monaco is trying to stop performing animals, as he want's to stop animals in zoos? Martin Lacey is going to Monaco because he is available, and Urz Pilz son in law, in addition to having a good act. Monaco, with rare exception, stopped being about the best 25 years ago, Thomas. The circus animals need to run fast and far away from Monaco, before the Prince turns them into Born Free, as soon as they are done with The Great British Circus.

Do you think I am kidding you, my young friend? Great damage has been done, by folks who are only interested in what's good for them, and not the world of animals in the circus.

I really believe you. But this year the Program of the Monte Carlo festival really haves some good artists. They have Martin Lacey one of the best with wild animals around now, The Flying Michaels presenting one of the best trapeze acts, Petra and Roland Duss presenting the best sealion act from the past 10 ages, the starbucks and Titto Lester who are very funny, The Eshembikovi with a good cossack act, sonny frankello presenting some good trained elephants and Andrej presenting an amazing dove act.

What does that have to do with Monaco doing business with an animal rights organization, and saying that animals should not be in cages. What does that say for circus animals?
