A Gail Bruce painting

I assume Charly Baumann was the inspiration for this piece of art work, given the design on the ring curb, and the seat formation of the tigers, and the actual structure of the pedestals themselves.

What was the reasoning for that formation of cats?

Ryan,
The same reasoning as the animals you are working with. Ease in moving them into position. We discussed various formations that have been used, and the reasons why. Ask Casey to find that thread for you. It is something that I consider, when coming to a conclusion of what is a hard act to do, or who is a great trainer. It is an intangible, which is an important factor, example, when discussing which quarterback was the best, the one on natural turf his whole career, or the one on artificial turf. Which home run hitter was the best. The one who played a 80 game season, and hit 61 or the one who played a 125 game season, and hit 61. Natural runner, or souped up steroid junkie. In track and field, who has the best record. Our's is a profession with no standard, rules or record book. Most opinions of who is the best is based on nothing more then, do I like him/her, or do I not, not on an educated/learned opinion.

dangerous without the mesh

Chic,
What do you mean, "not the pedestals?"
