The caption with this photo says: "Willie uses only a whip to train his charges." Yet it looks like a "hog leg" strapped on his hip. The only think he doesn't have is a handful of chair in his left hand to differentiate him from other presenters of the day. The circus has a long history of shooting it's self in the foot with "self serving paper!!!"
