The Muderack started to worked at Circus Aeros from 1993 untill 1997. In 1998 they toured with Charles Knie and the year after at Circus Charivari. In 2000 with The Russian State Circus of family Smitt. Then they started to work for Reihnard Probst for 3 years and then did Renz / Richter / Renz / Probst /Renz and this year they are with Nock. Yvonne and Knut learned much from Christiane and Erhard Samel. They worked with a mixed group wich was on Ringling for 2 years. They worked originally with 6 lions but 1 is dead now and 1 is on pension. But they have now 4 cubs and 1 tiger cub in training.

Wouldn't it be great if trainers could also go "on pension"!

Thank you for all your information Thomas.

Steve,
I don't know about in Australia, but in America they do have a pension for Trainers. It is called a funeral.

I suppose some of the lucky ones go on to work horses after they've retired from the real thing?

Steve,
They retire to the real thing, with rules, regulations, a standard, and an equal playing field, with the awards presenter being the only "cute and charming" in the area.

Don't get me started on Standards again!

If the people who work what Big Cats eat can have Standards, why can't the people who work Big Cats have Standards too?

What are you scared of?
