Although we normally just do animals, this act looks so spectacular and unusual with what they are doing and the costuming it is worth a look. Has anybody had a chance to see it? Who are they and what nationality are they? I suppose it is a pretty safe bet to assume they are going to Monte Carlo, under one of those "package of dates" deals.

They are the Chijov troupe, Russia. I saw them in the early 90s in Moscow.
Already in MC last year, Silver Clown (Monaco-Munich connection...).

I just came out of , having a total knee replacement on march 5,
still have to do 3 time therapies a week for the next 4 weeks, so was unable to be on line,so now I am doing some catching up on the Blog,
it is so great to be back home, was away for to long of a time,

I assumed as much. The terrible thing about the MC debacle, and the apply stated "Monaco-Munich connection" is that even an act that is most likely deserving, will always be dirty.

Mireille, thank you for your compliment. I am sorry to hear of your knee replacement, and the therapy is not fun. I have had a few of my own health problems this winter, but I am stubborn and don't give up easily. Joe is taking me to see a baby white tiger this weekend to cheer me up.
