A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Wade - how did the Bertram Mills elephants get to be in Oklahoma?
Steve.
I was wondereing that very thing myself. Maybe they took a trunk road.
Steve,
I believe they stampeded.
Wade
With the Atlantic to impede, the strength of their stampede, how did they succeed? Must have been great weed!!!
Steve,
Great poetry! I can remember a sign on a van that said "Gas, grass, or ass. No one rides for free."
Mary Ann
Steve and John,
I applaud your efforts to correct something apparently wrong. The back of the picture is written Mills Bros. Circus(Bertram). I guess that meant they were supposing.
Wade
G'day Mary Ann,
Did the van also have a sign- If it's rockin', don't bother knockin'?
Or, less poetically - Lost your cat? Check my tyres!
Regards.
