Arabian Pleasure Driving--It wasn't such a "pleasure" on this day.

With animals, expect the unexpected, and be ready for anything.

Jeannie,
I don't know, but it is the damnedest thing I have ever seen. I wonder why she didn't send it to me. Probably like's knocking Arabian's, behind my back. How about those Red Fresians? LOL

Wade - You know those Arabians are crazy! Not like the big horses. I was in a ladies cart class at the National Clydesdale show one year with 9 other entries and heard someone behind me say "watch out". Then a 19 hand Clyde named Bullwinkle came flying by in a runaway. Our ringman got in front of him and got him stopped before anything like this happened.

Jeannie,
It is a good thing I read all of your comment. When I saw, "You know those Arabians are crazy", I was reaching for the reject button. LOL
That poor Clyde was probably trying to out run his name. Who would name a horse, Bullwinkle!!!!
Speaking of Arabians, I accepted a position at an Egyptian Arabian farm 3 day's ago, and have been a tad busy. I applied for my USET card today, and have to show a stallion I am picking up tomorrow, at the Egyptian Event in June. Big move from the training barn, and I can now pursue my dream of training and showing a National Champion. It won't be this year, but with 7 stallions, and 18 broodmare's, I promise it is coming in a couple of years. We are expecting 6 foals in the next couple of weeks, so it might be one of them, well see.

Wade - Congratulations on the move. Can you divulge the name of the farm? And by the way, Bullwinkle fit his name.

Wade,
I too have been pretty busy and haven't been around here much.
I don't know where the pleasure driving class was but I know I was sure glad I wasn't there. Reminded me of years ago at Canadian Nationals when they had the big wreck when Beebe fell out of his cart.
Congrats on the new job. Hope your dreams come true....

OH PS! May want to alter the spangled bra costume for the Arab shows, some trainers are a bit tad light in the loafers.

Does this mean that you are going to Egypt?

Or are these American Egyptian Arabians? They must be confused as to their identity if they are!! LOL

Madame Col.
I am fully prepared to do what ever is necessary to acquire a Championship at the Egyptian Event. If that means stuffing the wranglers with a couple of roll's of leg wrap, walking on my tip toes, and singing falsetto, so be it. It's in God's hand now.

Jody,
Those cart's are absolutely nuts, and I don't ever plan on getting in one. There are three here at the farm, and yesterday they asked me where I wanted them put at. I told them, "out by the hay barn for now. They can take them next week when they come to get the dumpsters."

Wade - I what you said to Dianne what you mean by Prince Abu Wade's Harem?

Steve,
Because I have worked with both African and Asian elephants, I am bilingual,(that's different then bisexual, which Madame Col. suggested, may be my Championship ace in the hole, no pun intended) so I will interpret for them if they become confused. I will know in a few day's, if one of the stallions say, "psst, Mate. Look here. Check out the Mango's" if any of them are Australian Egyptians, and if so I may need to consult you. After the "history lesson" on the British Navy, even I don't understand you Aussie's that well.

Jeannie,
WHAT!!!!!!
Wade

cwdancinfool said...

Wade - Well, you said "Harem and Horseflesh". So, you would have yours horses and your harem even if you have to stuff your wranglers to get it. Right?
Jeannie

Wade G. Burck said...

Jeannie,
No. That's how stories get started. I said, I would stuff the wranglers "if" it would lead to a Championship. Or anything else necessary. The harem was built on it's own merits, so to speak. I have to keep it quite, if I have to dance the other way, otherwise it will cause all kinds of havoc in the the tent, and they may lose all respect for Big Daddy Abu.
