This looks to be part of the MC Gold Clown winning cage act, that was specially built over a two year period for the festival and then disbanded shortly after.

This act is a act with surplus of the act that won gold in 1986. In 1998-1999. They trained a new act with one white tiger. The act was used since end 1999 until 2004. In 2004 Stefano won silver with the act but he presented for the season a new tiger act with 12 tigers. When Brigitta came in the cage they only used 5 tigers. When she was pregnant and couldn't work he worked back with 12 tigers.
