Neurotic Animal Study--Cornell University 1939

When Cornell did this useful study in 1939 you have to wonder if it was to discover what made an animal neurotic, or if it was an instructional course on "the quickest way to make an animal nut's", by containing him and hitting him with periodic 110 volt surges. Note the date on the calender. That had to cause it's share of anxiety. I wonder if it was intentional or if that's just the way it worked out to really make the study significant. I say, save yourself the trouble, just water board them.
