Note this sea lions back flipper tapping a beat. LOL Also note he has won the "coveted and revered" version of a gold clown, the honored green shamrock. An River Otter is more qualified to judge the sea lion then most MC judges are to judge a potpourri of circus acts. Sea World parks are probably begging to publicize that Shamrock.
