It's a member of the Schwichtenberg family, they were very active in Europe a few years ago with horses and exotics I think it was Sylvio at Renz and Uwe Schwichtenberg at Probst and before at Barum with exotics. But don't know the first name of the guy presenting here.
I found it on internet ! It's Sylvio and the girl who is presenting the zebra's must be Steffi I think. Sylvio was on Fliegenpilz in 2002 presenting exotics and in end of the 90ties on Renz presenting elephants and horses. Here is a video of the horse act:

Uwe was Sylvio's father and , unfortunately, died a few years ago.
Steffi intially presented the horse act her husband presents-Fjord and paint horses. The original program book shows Sylvio presenting the zebras, which Karin Houcke later took over.
