This isn't right!!!!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/em/fr/-/2/hi/americas/7849532.stm

I love rejoneador and respect and understand bullfighting, but this "spectacle" which just occurred is wrong. Is the whole sport done right, wrong? Absolutely not but this attempt at it is. They are all young immature animals used, for no purpose other then setting some kind of goofy record, in of all things Guinness Book of Records, the Granddaddy of worthless records. I guess I would be stereotyping if I pointed out that if something like this was to occur, I would have to assume it would occur in Mexico. But that is a fact. The whole industry should not be held accountable for something like this.

Wade,
I have been waiting patiently for some cool bullfighting stuff.Actually I have been googling and while looking up a recipe for oxtail soup ,I came across a bullfighting and oxtail soup fan..how bizarre is that ???
Anyways I think this 11 year old child thing is wrong.First The child is not mature enough and has not spent the years of training that are required, . Second killing young bulls for record is obscene. What I have read is it is a celebration and an honor of the bulls greatness, not a kill fest.Perhaps children training to be matadors fight and kill young bulls, maybe that is part of the whole deal.

Rebecca,
"celebration and an honor of the bulls greatness, not a kill fest." No it is a kill fest, to set a Guinness record. Children bullfighting is not as objectionable to me as the young immature animals that are use. That is wrong!!!
