Hey Princey, I know an equine sanctuary(similar to Born Free, but different), that will take that horse with the strap in it's mouth off your hands, when you are finished with it.
Does any one know if Giona, the horse act at MC this year was associated with Alexis Gruss?

I guess there is something to be said for being a card carrying member of the "Golden Sperm Club". We whack the Virgina McKennons, the Carol Buckleys, of the world, and then get in bed with Elmer Fudd so he can donate poor captive animals, who deserve a life of freedom on our behalf, and applaud his arrival in our camp with photo ops. We are sure on the ball. Onward and upward.

of course Alexis Gruss is not associated to Giona. Those pictures are of last spring, when Gruss presented his entire circus show in Monaco.

How many shows play Monaco? Is it a popular circus town, and is there a lot of room to set up a tent of any size?

There is no room for a tent of any size. The Monte Carlo International Circus Festival is a total myth.
the tent is there all yeqr round. Eventuql other circuses (gruss, china, russian circus ice shows) plays inside the same.
No room at all to put other cicuses.

Mate I agree on both accounts. A Mississippi Baptist Revival tent is more impressive then any tent ever erected at Monaco. And next to space aliens there has been no bigger myth then an international show.

I didn't realize they left it up year round. Must be too busy Galaing the night away under the influence of circus magic and stardust, to worry about taking down the top. LOL Can shows rent it like a building to bring their show's in, or is it one of those back scratch MC deals. "Give me acrobats from your country for 3 years, and a judge now and again, get use of the tent for 3 days in the Spring."
