Counterfeit Logan Jacot's "The Real Circus" Partner!!!!!!!

A trainer bonding with a newly born
endangered Bengal tiger cub
(It's a Golden Tabby, you ignorant Buffoon)

Male
21 years old
Rhode Island
United States

About me:
The Real Circus was started by a group of ex-anti circus advocates. The more they investigated the circus the more they found out the animal rights organizations such as People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) actually lied about how circuses take care of their animals. What they found was that the animals in circuses are not abused or mistreated in anyway. In fact they found that the animals actually loved to perform. So in 2007 they formed The Real Circus. Their mission is to stop PETA's anti-circus lies and provide the public with the proof that animals should be in circuses. All circus animals much like animals in zoos are born into captivity so the wild is not an option, not to mention the loss of habitat is making it impossible for the wild born animals to survive in the wild, so we strongly believe there is no reason to remove these beautiful creatures from the circuses. The circus is the best place for animals that are born into circuses.

"After being informed that this was on my My space I checked, and it is actually in my extended network. That scared me that I may have been ignorant enough to make it a friend, as little as I use the site. Note the "girl" Logan suggested we call is a 21 year old male. It's true then he really does not know the difference, and just likes pictures of women for something different. The picture and writing is off their site. Does anybody have suggestions for shutting something like this down, or the using of people pictures "suggesting" that they endorse something like this."

World Famous American Wild Animal Trainer Logan Jacot,
referred to as "the Lord of the Rings" by American press and
television, receiving love and affection from his famous lion, Numa
named after Tarzan's lion, in the revenge of the Dark Continent.
Tarzan/Lord Greystoke was actually the dashing Jacot's grandfather.

Remember that just because it's posted in cyberspace doesn't make it true.I know I would be pretty unhappy if my image was being used without my consent for a cause that I did not sanction or approve of. The internet is full of this kind of missrepresentation leading us to question whether it should remain unregulated. That subject is as much a Pandora's Box as the "Real Circus" thing. I am not defending what has happened with these folks but I know that unfortunately the medium can be used to propagate missinformation along with the truth. Look how far PETA has been able to go with their distortions. We don't want to take a page out of their book either. That is no way to go through this life.

Probably should be noted to avoid confusion that this particular "May All Your Days Be Circus Days" slash "The Real Circus" guy/gal is not connected to the MSN Group called May All Your Days Be Circus Days, which I believe belongs to Chris Beckett the KM 24 hour man.

My God what a fantasy land. I also remember a year ago or so, a friend told me to go on a site called sideshow world. There was a guy, telling all kinds of tales about Ward Hall and his show. Everybody tore him apart. I just remembered tonight, it was somebody named Logan Jacot. LOL He really stepped up in his world of fantacy. LOL

This just in by email:

I'm staring to think that the whole Real Circus thing is just Logan using a variety of "personas." All of the web pages etc use the same free servers. All of the design templates are similar. The pictures on his personal pages are pictures used by Real Circus. Even his promo video for his act is just like the real circus video

http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=32066798

I imagine the way to end this is get him to come clean and just pull the plug on everything.

We all do stupid things when we're young trying to impress people, to make friends, to fit in. If we're lucky they're not REALLY stupid. I would venture that many of us who have been around animals have a few scars dating to "youth" that we might have avoided if we had never ever tried to show off. I know I still do plenty of stupid things at fifty, but as adults our dumb mistakes are more along the lines of selecting between lesser evils. We lose something either way.

If this whole Real Circus campaign was just a kid trying to earn some credibility, or even honestly believing that he was "helping out" it failed miserably. Political and social arguments tend to bite you in the ass when you don't know what you're doing and take the "baffle them with bullshit" approach where what's called for is substance or finesse. The best thing that Logan or his "friend" can do for the circus is to kill off the web pages, videos, etc -- sooner rather than later. It's tough to admit to mistakes or say I'm sorry, but as you get older it's a lesson we all learn. At my age I keep an "I'm sorry" list in my back pocket because I'm going to have to say it every day to somebody. Survive your stupid mistakes at twenty and you live to apologize for your stupid mistakes made twenty or thirty years later. Logan has an act, and quite apart from anything to do with circus the best advise he's going to hear right now is hustle to stay employed, do your best, let the work speak for itself. A website, a slide show of cute animals, and ill-conceived and potentially damaging Real Circus effort won't impress the people that need to be impressed when you're twenty. Ultimately it will just hurt you, and quite possibly the institution you profess to love. Your work, that's what either will or won't see you through the years. Logan, you or your friend need to end this, say sorry, and move on. The longer these threads run the greater the chances that you'll hurt yourself further.

Hey thanks anonymous,
I think I have removed all related friends. Kind of bizarre I saw a comment on there from my niece who isn't even in show-biz. I will try to email all those who were mutual friends and let them know they've been duped also. Anonymous, I feel pretty confident I know who you are. Why the need to be anonymous? You aren't afraid of Logan are you?

Wade G. Burck said...

Casey,
You geek types are loosing me. What related friend? What is the name of the person with the Tabby that was on circuspace? I can't find it. Don't leave me tied to this putz, because I am a moron.

Damn, that logan fella must be, what, about 90 years old if Jules was his cousin?
Say what you want about him and his multiple personalities - he looks very good for a 90 year old

Wade G. Burck said...

Anonymous,
I was quoting a note for Larry Allen Dean on circuspace to Logan. I didn't say. LAD even suggested he get in touch with Jacot historian Jim Alexander. Lucky Jim.

From LJ's page:

Do you come from a Circus or Show Business background?
No I "ran away" and joined the circus. i did have a cousin, Jules Jacot, that was a big cat trainer though mainly for the St. Louis Zoo but he did some circus dates I believe.

Your cousin (? second cousin?) Jules Jacot was a very famous wild Animal trainer. There is a fellow named Jim Alexander that knew Jules and worked with him at St Louis Zoo He is a regular on Buckles blog, and lives in Davenport,Fl. Give him a jingle, I'm sure he has lots of interesting stories about your very famous relative

This is from one of his MANY MySpace pages..Talk about PRICELESS..LOL..

Logan Jacot has performed over 300 times already this year throughout the country. His audiences are left shocked, stunned, and amazed. Logan has performed under the big top, on stage, and to sold out stadiums. The reason he can perform at such drastically different venues and crowds is that he has a wide selection of acts available. They range from a cirque-esque style, to sideshow, to magic, to even street performing. He was made famous for his contortion acts. Has has several contortion acts available. He can get in a tiny rabbit cage and come out its door which is less than a square foot, he can fit through a tennis racket, put his head through his legs, put both feet behind his head. He also has a variety of sideshow acts available. His Ballet on Broken Glass will leave any audience bewildered on how he did not get cut. He also has several other sideshow acts available or being developed this include fire, human blockhead, sword ladder, ladder of death, and bed of nails. He is probably the best kept secret in the magic community. He can makes objects, and people levitate. He can cut a girl in two. He might make a rabbit disappear and then appear on the other side of a stage into an empty cage. Or maybe he'll read the audience members' minds. In addition to his normal line up of acts, Logan can also custom create acts for any occasion. He'll create anything he can imagine. If he can't do it himself he'll recruit fellow performers to help.

Anonymous,
I hope Jeannie and the fan world can have an open mind, about what a "fan or interested party" can "suggest/opinion", and how much validity and impute that "opinion" should have in the final outcome of something that they really know nothing about.
We already are aware of Logan's damage to the circus animal profession.
Many fans rue the good old days when "an aerialist was a by God aerialist" before the advent of mechanics and other safety equipment. I have pointed out that there are no death benefits, disability benefits, pensions, or 100,000.00 pay day's like El Cordobes etc. etc. in this professions. All other industries have taken precautions to improve health and safety features, from football equipment, to flack jacket for bull riders after the death of Lane Frost, and face masks after the face injury to Tuff Heddemon tops in their field.
As we have already reviewed this contortionists thoughts on what he thinks an animal husbandry/training
standard should be for MY PROFESSION, Logan you self serving twit, lets look at how this contortionist/fan/interested party etc. etc., with an opinion, that everyone has a right to, I will grant that, has to say about the highwire/aerialist profession:

Logan Jacot on Tue 08 May 2007 1:08pm
MARIETTA, Ga. - 32-year-old tightwire walker Jimmy Garcia is listed in stable condition at Atlanta Medical Center after a 30 foot fall from the wire on Sunday. Garcia was performing without a net. Garcia was performing at the Cobb County Equestrian Center at the Shriners Circus in Marietta.
According to Arturo Beltran, Garcia's trapeze partner, Garcia has a broken collarbone, three broken ribs and a punctured lung, but is out of danger and recovering.

by cirqueboi on Tue 08 May 2007 10:08pm
I can see a new wave of safety equipment hitting the stage now because of these two events.

by Logan Jacot on Wed 09 May 2007 10:29am
I just hope the government doesn't try to force performers to use safety devices anymore then they already do. I think it really does take away from the performance.

by Le Maitre on Thu 10 May 2007 9:29pm
How so?
Safety equipment shouldn't make an act easier to do, nor should safety gear be seen as a "crutch". If it's at all feasible in an act, I think they should go for it. I admit there's a certain amount of blood-lust in being an audience member, but to actually discourage the use of life-saving equipment because you can't suspend your disbelief is totally irresponsible.

by Guest on Fri 11 May 2007 12:54am
I don't see why not to have more safety equipment. I'd rather know that the performer I'm watching is safe from injury (horrible or minor) or even a fatal fall than watch him/her do an incredible dangerous stunt without safety! I that I certainly would NOT like to be watching a show where a performer falls and gets injured or dies! Having a net under the wire does not take away from the act at all in my opinion. :)

by Logan Jacot on Sat 12 May 2007 8:41am
I strongly disagree. I think the majority of the general public feels cheated when mechanics, nets, or other safety devices are used. I have heard tons of people attend circuses and say things like "oh they are on a string" or "its not real, see the rope thing". People who see shows often will understand the importance of safety measures but I don't believe the average jo public does, especially those in attendence to american style circuses.

Logan
THIS WAD CAN'T ACCEPT THE FACT THAT THE WORLD IS NOT AS IGNORANT/DELUSIONAL AS HE IS, FROM ADVOCATING THE DECEPTION ANIMALS ARE CARED FOR IF SOLEI HAS THEM, TO THE ILLUSION THAT THE MARCAN TIGER PRESERVE IS THE STANDARD FOR ANIMAL HUSBANDRY

This was his last ignorant comment, because after that they tore him up. This jerk is not just ignorant about circus animals, he is ignorant about humanity as well. When he is done helping out the circus and making it what he with his "educated" opinion wants it to be, let's hope he moves his efforts to helping Peta. With the effort he has made so far in that direction, with his "real circus" video, given enough time he should be able to bring them down. Most folks who want to really help, will say, "is there anything I can do to help?" They don't take it upon their ignorant selves to do what they want.
Logan, your help is greatly appreciated, f**k you very much. Don't call us, well call you if your services are needed again.
