A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

I have a full video of this act, beautiful show with beautiful costumes and concept but the tricks that the animals does aren't amazing. Here is a link of highlights of this act:

Thomas,
You are getting pretty honest in your reviews. Perfect as the virgin Mary gets tiring and invalid any more when you can see it isn't.
Exotic acts have never done much. They are just a way to get a lot of different animals in the ring, before there were zoo's to go see the animals.
Wade
Thanks Wade. But also the same elephants did 3 years ago an amazing act and now just walk do some pirouettes, turn on the equipment and kneel.
Thomas
Thomas,
Vincent would suggest that's what makes them special like the Frankello elephants, and that's what the people like and want to see.

Thomas, Wade,
Davio Casartelli lost his best Elephant Thali a few years ago. Before that he has great Elephants displays with at least 7 animals back in the 90th. Today the Casartelli Elephants India, Burma and Wamba are included in the Exotics display. It's true that they do very few as they are real big eared piggies as Casey will say...
Vincent
Vincent,
I only see one African. Are you under the impression that Africans are not supposed to do much? I also note there is only one giraffe in this years show.
Wade
