A Blog designed for discussion of topics related to, but not limited to, Circus, Zoos, Animal Training, and Animal Welfare/Husbandry. Sometimes opening up the dialog is the best starting point of all. And if for nothing else when people who agree and don't agree, get together and start discussing it, it will open up a lot of peoples minds. Debate and discussion even amongst themselves opens a window where there wasn't one before.

Its actually only Siberian tigers and one enclosure. Webcams at: http://www.kolmarden.com/Attraktioner-och-djur/Webcam/Tigercam/
Dan,
Thank you for the clarification. It was an assumption on my part as I could only identify the tigers in this photo as Siberian. The others weren't as identifiable. I assumed because they were in a Angkor Wat/Khymer Temple looking exhibit that they were Indian tigers. The exhibit on the left would have been more appropriate "educationally" for Siberian Tigers. What in the world does a toppled temple god head and an abandoned city bus, have to do with Siberian Tigers? What seemed like a fairly decent exhibit, just turned "circusy and spun" all of a sudden.
What did you find out about Tumai? Given your international work with elephants and record keeping, folks are going to assume they can come to you for answers/suggestions.
Regards,
Wade
