The White Lipizzans--Rene Gasser show in Australia

Rene Gasser was born in Switzerland into an equestrian family. Being surrounded by some of the best trainers in Europe he developed a passion for equestrian art and classical horsemanship. He is a lover of all breeds of horses yet has concentrated on the baroque horse. Rene has studied training methods that are over 2500 years old. The combination of history and art - the training philosophy of masters such as Xenephon, Pluvinel and Gueriniere. From all of his influences Rene's personal philosophy remains the same

"Ask for a lot, Be content with very little, Reward often"

Mary Ann,
Of course they are. Are you still not getting a grasp of "show biz" education? The color grey has bad connotations in the human language. It denotes age and old, dreary etc. More folks dye their hair to hide grey then any other color. White hair in humans is referred to as silver, a precious metal. Grey animals are called white, because they are then precious, mythical, pure, and royal. Show business is a dreamers world.
A realist's world is this statement about okapi's on the Cincinnati birth thread:

The majority of the okapis in the North American studbook have an odd number of chromosomes, 45 to be exact. This is a trait they have in common with certain Iranian sheep and a few other animals. They appear to be perfectly normal, but if they were humans they'd have Down's Syndrome.

Realist's feel remorse/pity for dreamers, and dreamers scorn/scoff at realists. LOL
