Knut and Yvonne Muderack--Circus Jean Richard--Paris France

The way I understand it is the name "Circus Jean Richard",(I posted a picture of Mr. Richard earlier carrying a leopard. Many great trainers from the 60's -70's spent time or started on the Jean Richard Circus) a very famous French Circus name is now owned by Circus Pinder , and it was "loaned" to Circus Herman Renz to use for the date in Paris. Thank you for the information, Vincent.

It's not exactly that the name is loaned to Renz as the show being presented at Nanterre (on the outskirts of Paris) under that title by some arrangement or other.
Renz then returns to Holland for its own Christmas season at Haarlem.

And while I'm here -
a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (and well beyond) to everybody. I look forward to metting many of you some time on one side or other of The Atlantic.

John,
I assumed in circus lingo "loaned" translated into "paid through the nose."
Merry Christmas mate, and be safe,
Wade
