For Thomas--March 1997 King Pole magazine

I mentioned to about believing everything you read, and how things can be "spun" to give a self serving/grandiose illusion. This picture was taken at the Mirage in the back stage area, and the individual has not been closer then 100 yards to their front gate. Siegfried & Roy were always gracious to shows that played in Las Vegas, and arranged tickets for any performer, but not the working crew, who wanted to see their show. Afterwards they would take pictures with anyone who wanted one. This lady and her guest, who was on the working crew, were given that opportunity like everyone else. Some take the opportunity and some don't. The story about a "party" was in somebodies imagination. Shortly after Roy's terrible accident an interview on the internet with an animal trainer in Europe, quoted him as saying he had first hand knowledge as the individual above had driven "straight away" to their home to offer condolences, and find out what occurred. That also didn't happen.
