On the subject of festive lights - we might be a bit backward here at the bottom of the world but we ARE ahead of you all up there by almost a day.
So, as I wait to hear those reindeer fly overhead tonight,let me be the first to wish you all a very happy Christmas.
And a big thanks to Wade for creating this blog through which we have got to know people around the world we would never have otherwise met.

We had the honor of meeting Dr. Marcan at the Ohio State Fair in August 2007. He was very gracious to us, autographed two posters for us, and let us see his golden tabby up close.

Mate, don't be looking for the hitch our British mate and I are training at the moment. Getting them off the mountain should be no problem. I just haven't worked out that flying upside down deal yet.
