Do you know when and where this was taken?

Anonymous,
Not a clue. I only posted it to make every thing else look better, and to illustrate how an industry becomes a "soft target."

Thanks. That's interesting.

Wade,
Do you know anything about his horse training? Any pics with him on horses?

Jody,
You will have to define "horse training?"

Okay. How about who did he learn whatever he knows about horses from?

I'm guessing there is only one "Baron Julius Von Uhl"

I met him when I was at AN. Mark would bring him in from time to time. I never did see him get on a horse so I was wondering if you had any pictures of him riding...From the above link I gather he's still alive n kicking.
He was definitely a character.....

Wade,
Is it normal for the cat's head to be resting all the way on the ground like the one in this picture?

Jody,
Yes if the animal is completely resigned to the fact. The one on the right with the swelled shut eye is convinced yet.

Wade, whatever happened to this jerk? I only saw him work once or twice and I don't ever remember working with him but I thought he was one of the worst "trainers" I ever saw.

Warren,
Check out the link I sent above.
That's what he's doing now..

He's got a "ride like you walk" deal going on. I don't think Anderson, Parelli, Lyons, Cameron or the others are concerned.........

I'm kind of surprised that Baron Julius Von Uhl seems to be so unpopular, and I don't know what to say about the lion's swollen shut eye. That is extremely upsetting. He lives in Peru, Indiana and has an African elephant named Miss Twiggy, and a zebra. His son was serving in Iraq in the Marine Corp., the last I heard. I believe that the two tigers in the picture carried white genes and were acquired by the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha.
