I can't tell, it this one of those medieval dinner/theater deals, where you ear a cornish hen and a bunch of broccoli with your hands and yell "Huzzah"? We attended one with my mom and brother in the late '90's years ago at the Excalibur in Las Vegas.

Cheval Theatre? (now defunct, predecessor to Cavalia) Caroline Williams presented some Andalusians at liberty, trained by Flavio Togni, as well as her Friesian.
