On October 15, 2008 Paulina Schumann received the Medallas de Oro al Mérito en las Bellas Artes from the Spanish King and on October 25, 2008 she received the Premi Nacional de Circ 2008. Her father was the famous clown Charlie Rivel, who's stature pictured below, stands in front of the Krone bau in Munich, Germany.
Raffaele has just posted this incredible video of Paulina Schumann on You tube. The elegance and sophistication that once was the circus is beyond description. Lipizzans for liberty, side saddle over the jumps, ballet, etc.etc.

Beautiful stuff. This is really CIRCUS.
I suspect it was shot in the circus building in Copenhagen, It still exists, but is now a nightclub.
The young man shown towards the end is Benny Schumann, son of Paulina and her husband, Albert.
Katja Schumann is daughter of Albert's brother Max and his wife, Vivi.
Benny is still going strong as what the Danes call a "multi-artiste". he has his own mini-circus.
